Free Monthly Strength Workshops:
- From 12 to 2 pm on the first Saturday of every month.
- Limited to 8 Individuals.
- These workshops will be beneficial to anyone (Beginner - Advanced)
- Modifications are provided to ensure proper execution of form and technique for all participants and to challenge all fitness levels.
Topics:
Strength training principles. How to get stronger, starting where you’re at and getting to where you want to be.
Don’t know where you’re at or where you should be? We’ll cover it!
- Standards for Strength (from Beginner – Advanced)
- Programming (Sets, Reps, Total Volume, Record Keeping etc.)
- Exercise of the Day (covering modifications that tailor the class participants.)
Please dress appropriately as this is a hands-on learning environment where people will be encouraged to participate.
A confirmation email / text will be sent out 1 week prior to the workshop to confirm your
interest and/or let you know space has become available.
Only one free workshop per person. Additional workshops will be $25.00 each
