Because I believe in the results that will be achieved when the proper commitment is made and effort is applied, I encourage Personal Training to be bought in packages and paid for in advance. The money invested goes into not only the in-person 1-on-1 instruction, but also into the needs analysis/goal assessment meeting, individualized program design, ongoing program monitoring, and the fitness evaluations. These Fitness Evaluations are spread throughout the program to show results or to show where changes are needed. Additional workouts will be encouraged. These workouts will be programmed and monitored through our App., TrainHeroic. Additional Personal Training Sessions will be available and are dependent on the availability of Coach Needham.

- This option is for anyone that doesn’t want/need a program.
- Great for anyone looking to learn or perfect their form for the basic movements like Squat, Bench Press, Shoulder Press, Deadlift, Power Clean, etc.
- Mastery is not expected in 1 hour for any movement. But your understanding of what TO DO will be learned.
- Additional sessions may be purchased at a rate of $60 per session.
- Session expires after scheduled appointment.

- 4 weeks of program monitoring and weekly feedback on your efforts.
- Includes initial needs analysis and goal assessment sit-down meeting.
- 2 fitness evaluations (one at the beginning and one at the end of the 4 weeks) to show your progress and to make changes along the way if Personal Training is continued. The evaluations will be determined by your goal. Each evaluation will last approx. 1 hour and will be a workout!
- Includes 4 personal training sessions. A minimum of 1 per week is required. Additional personal training sessions may be purchased at a rate of $60 per session. Each session will last approx. 1 hour.
- Additional workouts will be encouraged. These workouts will be programmed and monitored through our App. TrainHeroic.
- The 4 sessions expire in 4 weeks but if they are used sooner, the monitoring and remote coaching will continue for the 4 weeks.
