At The Iron Lodge Strength Club the training programs will be safe, simple, measurable, comprehensive, sound and can be modified to your needs if necessary. At The Iron Lodge Strength Club all athletes from all sports will be welcomed, especially master athletes. Master athletes (athletes over 40) engage in the most demanding and brutal sport of all: Getting old! As a masters athlete myself, I understand that as we get older, different changes occur both during a training session as well as after.
I will guide you through these changes and help you acquire results that go further than strength. When you spend the appropriate amount of time training, you will obtain strong bones, mobile joints and excellent stability and balance.
To get these results, however, I will need your cooperation, enthusiasm, and commitment. We must work as a team, both giving 100%. Throughout your workouts be as open as you can. Tell me how you feel, and ask whatever questions you have.

The purpose is to evaluate your starting point and note your improvements as they happen. I will also periodically re-evaluate your progress.
